OD Section Head
Is Required to Join TBS Holding (The Bakery Shop)
* Having 7-10 Years Experience in Organization Development.
* Develop & implement the organization structure policy and design with Org Charts, Unit Descriptions, Job Descriptions, KPIs & objectives
* Monitoring the status changes (promotions, transfers, resignations, retirements etc…), provide required reports as per budgeted Company’s Manpower Planning Policy
* Support in HR restructuring project including full revision & analyses of HR systems, policies, procedures, detect deficiency areas, provide proper solutions
* Established the Organization Development function to lead the HR restructuring project from HR perspective, enhanced, managed Performance Management, Manpower Planning Functions, etc.
* Develop & update HR Policies & procedures in light of law, regulations & HR best practices
* Support in the issuing of the Internal Academy
* Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
* Manage training programs for management and employees.
* Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans.
* Review evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments.
* Make assessments of the effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
* Provide orientation to employees on HR practices.
* Fluent English Language.
