“Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist” is needed!

Requirements
-A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
-Overall demonstration of Advisor-ship capabilities, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics.
-Previous HR experience or HR Generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work will also be considered.
-Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions, providing a value adding point of view relative to candidate consideration and organizational need.
-Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization.
-Strong communication skills.
-High-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience within a corporate setting is preferred.
