Job Description
Quality Manager Job Description:
1. Ensuring that all CFM services are following the required standards and client’s SLA by managing internal audits (service performance and compliance reviews) to meet CFM – Integrated management systems, compliance policy and in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 41001:2018 & ISO 55001:2014
2. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data like CMMS key statistical insights for operational activities (PMs, CMs & others)
3. Manage quality improvement initiatives and activities for all CFM functions
4. Develop quality assurance procedures and assist other functions to develop a reliable policies, procedures, and process mappings universe
5. Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate CFM services and equipment
6. Working according to deadlines for the delivery of activities
7. Training and managing CFM staff in best practices and quality assessment of services
8. Tracking service through the business process management and visual management tools to guarantee that each part of the process is correct and controlled
