Senior Electrical Facility Engineer for badreldin

Arkan Mall is looking for Senior Electrical Facility Engineer

Key Responsibilities :
-Gather & analyse data, blueprints, and reports.
-Responsible for implementations, monitoring and follow up for all Emergencies electrical equipment & components such as Escalators,
Elevators, UPS, and Floor boxes.
-Determine facility and equipment specifications.
-Analyse project costs and preparing budgets.
-Design & evaluate the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.
-Evaluate operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
-Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
-Plan & Coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
-Coordinate & oversee contractors performing maintenance activities.
-Manage Quality assurance, through rigorous quality inspections, ensuring the work done adheres to KPIs and SLAs.
-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
-Prepare reports and compliance documentation.
