#Job_Description
- Plan, implement and monitor the Area Sales and operational strategy
- Set goals and objectives for stores in your area
- Daily Visit, Audit and Follow up for monthly plan progress for stores
- Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Train and onboard new products and projects.
- Deliver all required reports for upper management

#requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- 1 years of experience as an Area Manager or similar role
- 3 years of experience as a leader or supervisor
- Good understanding of performance evaluation metrics 
- 3-5 years of experience with store operations management
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
