Job Description
Buying Assistant - Grocery Responsibilities:
- Support the Buyers with PO creation, vendor management, ad hoc tasks
- Handling Complaints of Retail & Vendor Accounts Management
- Stock Monitoring (in-stock+in-transit) and ensuring the products are delivered on time
- Demonstrated ability in managing reporting and analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel, SQL is a plus
- Demonstrates excellent time-management/prioritization skills and the ability to work independently
Recon -
- Create recon report for all inwards for assigned vendors.
- Solve recon related issues (inwards/short/excess/unit price mismatch).
- Connect with suppliers for CN for short/damage received.
- Creating PSPOs for GRN Correction, liaise with WH and vendor to fast-track invoice clearance.
- Help in clearing box Qtys and ensure RTVs are picked up on time for assigned vendors/sellers.
