Team Leader, Training - Fulfillment

Responsibilities:

To support key learning projects to meet the continuous needs of the associates in the fulfilment centers and in on-boarding training of new facilities and content development, execution of trainings.

Training Need Analysis

• Conducts needs assessment via FGDs and quality improvement metrics
• Interact periodically with relevant stakeholders to re-align TNI and consolidate the same
• Execute trainings from need assessment
• Applies in-depth understanding of existing solutions and recommends upcoming / alternative solutions

Training design & Content Development

• Coordinate with process excellence/program manager content team to ensure development of new process Modules
• Maintain and update the curriculum for Onboarding of all associates – management and non-management to keep it relevant for the business
• Continuously work with process excellence to ensure training content is current
• Build the training calendar from TNI
• Execute the training programs as per the training calendar

Stakeholder Management

• Establishes, builds, and maintains strong relationships all the stakeholders
• Utilizes the understanding of stakeholder's interests to deal with disagreement, ask difficult questions and provide advice on sensitive matters

Training MIS

• Consolidate the learning calendar for the Ops
• Share finalized calendar with relevant stakeholders
• Analyze, track planned Vs. Actual trainings
• Ensure all attendance sheets and feedback are maintained, and Training MIS is updated
• Share the training report/ updates on regular basis with stakeholders
• Prepare, track and ensure adherence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Required experience: 2-3 years related experience with Training and Coaching within the Region.
• Excellent hold of Microsoft office tools, PowerPoint, Word, excel
• Excellent in working with Google Tools- Sheets, Slides, Docs
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
• Should be able to create Video based, adobe captivate, articulate 360 or similar tools
