The Role

Vezeeta’s Product Platform team works at the intersection of engineering and data science to enhance the lifecycle of our patients and deliver actionable results. Our product developers, managers, builders, and designers have a deep understanding of our consumers’ needs and demands and work tirelessly to build, test, study, and iterate the company’s vision for the future of digital healthcare, and enable intelligent decision making and improved user experiences for all users. As a fundamental member of the Product Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as work at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on management actions and activity list
  • Participation in the strategy process, based on key stakeholder input and analysis
  • Ensuring traction on strategic projects
  • Managing minor ad hoc projects”
  • Preparation of meeting materials and presentations
  • Follow-up on tasks and assignments given by the CPO to departments or direct reports.
  • Engaging the right people/resources to assist in providing inputs.
  • Participation in and supporting local projects as required
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business or related field, Masters is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management (commercial side), from conception to deliver
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • High ability to multitask, cope with unstructured tasks and manage deadlines effectively
  • Excellent planning abilities
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently Requirements
