The Role

The performance Marketing department in Vezeeta has the mission to accelerate the shift towards the usage of automation, advanced data, and technology solutions within the day-to-day management of the campaigns. This is an exciting hybrid department between digital Marketing, Technology, Product, and Data. As a fundamental member of the Performance Marketing team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as work at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Social, Display, and SEM across Vezeeta
  • Boost traffic and conversions across all Vezeeta Platforms and products globally
  • Management of performance marketing channels (Facebook, Adwords, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Intensive alignment with country heads to keep track of performance
  • Use latest technologies to enhance performance marketing capabilities
  • Targeting and Optimizing spending to acquire the most profitable users. Build customer personas and target based on them.

Requirements

  • Marketing and/or Engineering degree. MBA or Masters in Digital Marketing a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on acquisition and conversion
  • Must have experience of managing annual budgets of millions of USD
  • Data analysis: Comfortable with analyzing data and discovering insights from user’s data
  • Customer-centricity and targeting: make decision-based on user insights
  • Very analytical and able to run a/b tests and iterate based on learning from previous campaigns.
  • Knowledge of new marketing technologies
  • Extensive knowledge on following Mobile and App marketing, SEM, Social Media Advertising, Display, Affiliates, Retargeting
