The Role

The engineering department at Vezeeta is having highly skilled technology engineer with business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate processes, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the ever-changing needs of our customers. In this role, you will work with different systems, designing, developing, and integrating them at every stage of the life cycle. If you are reliable in delivering mission-critical solutions with the goals of accessibility, optimization, and security, you could be our ideal candidate. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated tests functional and non-functional testing for Web, REST API and Mobile applications.
  • Work in agile environment with different teams (Development, Product, Operations and Design) to assure the QA coverage.
  • Attend planning meetings, provide feedback on user stories and create acceptance criteria and test cases.
  • Asses the status of releases, help make sure that releases go out on time and with highest quality.
  • Experience with SQL Server, MySQL or RabbitMQ is a plus.
  • Familiarity of performance testing tools Selenium, Load Runner and JMeter is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in computer science or related fields is preferred.
  • 3+ years of relative experience in Software testing.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle.
  • The candidate should possess solid communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills and should be comfortable working in a very dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • The candidate must exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative and learn fast.
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
  • Industry experience is a plus·
