SAP Senior Business Application (Plant Maintenance)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience include 3 years Knowledge and experience in Plant maintenance field and from 1 to 4 years experience with SAP system.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Good in SAP System.
• Good in Microsoft office Programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains the components and functionalities for SAP applications or Any other Applications available to fulfill customer’s demand. Customize applications to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality.
• Supports & maintenance projects, Based on user requirements analysis you will prepare functional designs, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution.
• Implements new or maintain existing business solution in Application area based on user requirements analysis to cover customer’s needs.
• Consults with ABAP developer or solution designer and propose the implementation design of the new components for applications to cover business requirements
• Proposes the change on customer’s application to satisfy customer’s needs.
• Finds and fixes issues/errors on the application to achieve application availability.
• Documents changes on the system and design of new components to ensure their readability for future reference.
• Tests newly added functionalities to avoid errors on productive system.
• Provides support for end-users to fix any issues on the current applications to finish his tasks.
• Trains key users and End users to make second line support and increase users knowledge with the applications.
• Creates user manuals for end users to have Applications knowledge base.
• Researches for new technology to cover customer’s needs.
