Job title : Access Technical Support Engineer.

We request:

• More than 3 years’ experience on fixed Access carrier network.
• Strong and motivated, responsible and initiative personality
• Solution focused
• Customer focused and good communication skill
• Open minded
• English speaking and writing (French is PLUS )
Technical experience and educational background needed:
• Familiar with Xdsl , Voice(SIP,H.248) , GPON protocols .
• Familiar with Access product DSLAM , MSAN and OLT.
• Familiar with PPP, DHCP and triple play.
• Knowledge of Huawei IP devices .
• Strong troubleshooting skills (able to analyze debug outputs and logs)
• More than 3 years’ work experience in system integration or telecommunication will have priority .
• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics or Computer Science
You have an advantage if:
• Solid background in OS, Database would be a plus.
• You have IP certifications (Huawei or different vendors).
