Human Resources Supervisor 

Qualifications:

-5-7 years of experience in different HR functions
– Fluent English
-HR-related certificates (e.g., PHR, SPHR, etc.)
– Previous Multinational or FMCG experience is a huge plus
– Solid knowledge of OD function
– solid experience in Manpower planning, cost optimization and Talent Acquisition
– Sucess track record in Employee engagement and employee relations
– Hands-on experience in Internal Communications
– Proficient Visio user
– HR Operations Experience
-Thorough Understanding of Egyptian Labour Law and regulations
– Experience in Budgeting
– Oracle experience is a huge plus
– Previous experience in Performance Appraisals
