SYE is hiring a (Telesales Team Leader) who can :
*Build up an internal system and sales channels.
*Making and updating the call scenarios and scripts.
*Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s different programs and products.
*Coaching the team members and increasing their sales skills and performance.
*Updating all internal systems to properly track potential customer and customer contacts
*Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
*Setting sales strategies.
Requirements :
A Bachelor Degree.
6+ Years of experience with at least 3 years as a Telesales Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager.
Experience in sales in the Courses, Gyms, Clinics or a similar field is a must
Very good English command is a must.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
