Qualifications:
– HR diploma and/or MBA is an asset
– Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
– Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
– Previous working experience in manufacturing organizations is a Must
– Excellent communication skills
– Excellent command of English
– Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
