Help Desk Specialist for MAS Financials
Job Description
MAS Financials is seeking for Help Desk Specialist, with the below:
Responsibilities of the job:
-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
-Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
-Setting up accounts for new users.
-Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Job Requirements :
* General knowledge of IT infrastructure : LAN, WAN, Windows servers, active directory
* General Knowledge in network installation hardware & software.
* Strong Knowledge in Email configuration, Email Protocols (POP3, IMAP, SMTP)
* 1 year+ of Experience in the same field.
* University graduated.
