Job Description:
- Develop and maintain Job descriptions, and organization structures for the sector including standard manpower studies
- Administrate the performance management cycle including relevant follow ups, analysis and reporting according to set process
- Report training needs collected from employees’ appraisals to training team to prepare training needs analysis
- Develop policies drafts to standardize HR practices across the sector
- Collect talent review data and work closely with line managers to identify and assess internal talent pool
- Assist in preparing succession plans and develop individual development plans for successors
- Administrate Employee Engagement Surveys to sector and prepare results reports and follow up action plans
- Advice line managers and staff on various HR practices including performance cycle, KPIs development, competencies, employee engagement, etc.
- Facilitate in staff assessment exercises to ensure efficient execution
- Other relevant responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent English
- Excellent Command of Microsoft Programs
