Job Description
IT Technical Support is required for a software house in nozha with the following qualifications :
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, network engineering, information technology, or a related field.
-2+ years of real experience working on IT technical support and Asterisk platform.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Experienced with Linux (LAMP) servers (Centos, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
-Experience with IVR and Voicemail related applications.
