Technical Support French (Bilingual) – Alexandria
Requirements
– Excellent French communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
– High school diploma
– 3-6 six months of relevant Customer Service experience (preferred)
– Highly motivated and strong work ethic.
– Courteous, friendly, and professional manner
– Strong computer skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work to deadlines and targets
– Flexibility in your approach to work to meet the changing needs of the business
– Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently

– Customer service French Only: 8,000 to 9,000 EGP Gross.
– Customer service Bilingual (French and English) 9,000 to 11,000 EGP Gross.
– Technical Support Bilingual (French and English) Up to 17,000 EGP Gross
