- Cost Control 
Duties will include:
1. Tracking and managing inventory to ensure food cost control
2. Purchasing inventory and raw material and negotiating credit terms
3. Analyzing stock requirements through yield management
4. Controlling wastage and maintaining portion control
5. Controlling internal wastage or theft
6. Daily and weekly reporting
7. Maintaining a good relationship with suppliers
