· Job Title: Tender Engineer (Finishing residential villas)
· Job Code: T.E 05
· Educational Required: B.Sc. In Architecture or civil .
· Experience: from 05 to 07 Years Preferred specialist in finishing residential villas & preferred to own a car.
Requirements
- Good technical background.
- Good office and Autocad skills are essential.
- Studying project tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
- Preparing technical & commercial offers according to company standards.
- Identifies & pricing equipment, material & labor costs need for the project.
- Contacting & following up with suppliers to ensure offers are received on time.
- Evaluating supplier's offers and checking compliance with tender requirements & best prices.
- Preparing complete technical submittal for the project.
