Technical Support Engineer
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical or Communication Engineering, Computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 0 to 4 years’ experience within a relevant technical position, fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and functions.
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Operating systems – installing and troubleshooting (Windows Servers and windows 10/7).
• Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Database.
• Good knowledge in networking and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Language: English is mandatory.
• Good communication skills face to face and over the phone and able to convert heavy technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Extrovert nature with a lot of self-awareness in regards to own strengths and weaknesses.
• Structured, methodical, analytical and systematic in problem solving.
• Ability to forge and maintain relationships with customers.
• Must be a team player.
• Able to work on-calls for facilities that requires 24/7 support.
