Technical support engineer at Pc&link company

Pc&link company hiring Technical support engineer
• Education: University Degree.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years Maximum age 30.
• MCSE, MCSA or CCNA are preferred.
• Very good knowledge of MS infrastructure (Active directory, DNS, DHCP).
• Remote support of technical issues via telephone and/or with remote support software.
• Assist users in resolving technical PC and network problems.
• Working hours: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
• Located: Maadi
