Corporate Sales Supervisor job at Etisalat
Job Description
Job Purpose
Executing supervisory, leadership and coaching activity to ensure segment target achievement and best utilization of available team resources to reach maximum efficiency of segment performance.
Report To Position Name
Achieve 100% of the corporate large segment team target (Voice & Data) on monthly basis.
• Monitor and coach the team members to provide elite sales activity to the corporate segment team.
• Provide regular reports to corporate sales manager and HOD on targets progress on weekly basis.
• Build and maintain the quota pipeline and forecast on 30/60/90 days basis for the corporate sales segments in cooperation with Team members.
• Provide on job training to the team members.
• Monitor and adjust the pipeline on monthly basis via feedback from team members.
• Planning for the potential prospects in the segment.
• Ensure the implementation of the sales policies and procedures.
• Setting the market sizing for the segment in terms of competitors share, hit lists and prospects
• Provide the corporate sales manager with the daily and weekly reports (visits & figures).
• Appraise and assess the segment team members' performance and produce the annual and semi- annual appraisal document and system inputs to the segment manager.
• Recommend the promotions and career development moves for the team to the corporate segment manager.

Collaborate with team members to enhance existing workflows / systems and help them to develop new innovative processes and propositions/products/services.

Delegates work appropriately and fairly among team's member and sets and coach team members for appropriate standards of behavior.
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
Bachelors Degree in a related field.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English Language (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Time & stress management.
• Supervisory and coaching skills.
• Excellent computer (MS) & reporting skills
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
• 3 – 5 years of experience in sales field (GSM recommended).
• Area of experience: Sales
