IT Help Desk at Zicaza
Job Description
Zicaza is looking to hire” IT Help Desk” to join Its IT team with below responsibilities and requirements: –
Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Monitoring and managing computer system related networks.
Responding in timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (In person and/or over the phone).
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment when needed.
Testing new technologies.
Possibility to cascade relevant training to staff members.
Installing, configuring and maintaining local area networks (LAN) and wide area network (WAN)
Handling internet systems for company connectivity needs
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or Diploma in technology / computer science or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in similar position.
Problem-solving skills
Communication Skills
