Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on luxury properties or high-end hospitality
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, with experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Experience managing social media platforms, including content creation, publishing, engagement, and analytics monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software such as HubSpot or Market
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple mediums, including digital, print, and events.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, research, and digital.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
