Located in: 10th of Ramadan city-Egypt
Seeking to hire: Social Media Moderator
Responsibilities:
· Manage and moderate the social media profiles.
· Handling customers and after sale service.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
· Create contents on posts.
· Service Community Admin accounts and processing emails.
· Maintain the moderation guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· 1-3 years of experience as a social media moderator.
· Maximum age 30 years.
· Excellent Communication Skills verbal and written.
· A good understanding of customer service.
