
Front Desk Specialist at Lemon Spaces
Job Description

Lemon Spaces is looking for a “Front Desk Specialist” responsible for :
● Checking calendar and reservations.
● Welcoming guests and assisting in check-in.
● Handling all incoming questions and complaints from different channels (online – phone calls and walk-ins), and distributing the information to the proper department or individual.
● Following up with guests on solving issues.
● Sending emails and communicating with property managers to arrange the upcoming guests’ arrivals.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree.
● (1 – 3) years of experience.
● Good in written and spoken English.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Familiarity with startup strategies.
● Customer orientation, friendly and easygoing personality.
