( HR Specialist )

Required Qualifications :-

● BS / BA in business administration or relevant field
● Successful work experience as a human resource specialist, officer or other HR position ( NOT less than 3 years)
● HR certification is a must
● Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures ( e.g. job analysis , pay and benefits, performance evaluation processes, upkeep all employees records)
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
● Highly organizational and time management skills.
● Compliance with all policies and legal requirements.
