Contracts Engineer (Site based)
- 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Admin Capital
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
Negotiates and interprets design and construction contracts; assists in compiling and preparing contract bid documents; establishes and maintains contract records; and ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- B.Sc. (Civil or Arch.) Engineering graduate.
- (2-3 years of experience) in contracts and claims in the Construction field.
- Proficient and fluent in English.
- Adept with the FIDIC suites of contracts (preferably FIDIC CONS 1999).
- Capable of drafting bilingual letters / claims/variations .
- Holder of CLAC Certificate.
- Skilled in MS Office.
- Delay analysis knowledge is a plus.
