Qualifications & Skills:
– Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
– Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
– Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
– Proficiency in English
– Excellent communication skills.
– Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
– Strong oral, written and analytical skills are required.
– Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
– Ability to establish a solid working relationship with end users and peers.
– Problem-solving skills.
– Strong customer focus.
– Ability to prioritize the workload.
