L2 Technical Support Specialist at Flairstech
Job Description
Flairstech is hiring L2 Technical Support Specialist (SQL/HTML/Networks)!
-Provide accurate and timely responses and resolutions to cases assigned to him according to the SLA.
-Assist junior team members.
-Engage with clients to solve medium/high priority problems via working sessions.
-Provide updates to customers based on the communicated SLA.
-Actively create and update internal and client-facing support knowledge base articles.
-Pro-actively develop/maintain an in-depth understanding of key diagnostic tools.
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support.
-Fluent English Speaker
-Network Fundamentals and Infrastructure Services Support.
-MSSQL administration.
-Webservers like Apache Tomcat.
-Experienced in Cloud infrastructures such as AWS or Google Cloud.
-HTML & CSS.
-Understanding of authentication and authorization (SSO, LDAP/AD, OAuth).
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Java is a plus.
