Job Description
BARQ Systems- EGY office is hiring a “Sales Account Manager – FinTech” with the below qualifications;
General & Technical Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Relevant Field
· 1-2 years of experience as Sales for IT solutions
· Preferred to have experience in Financial Services Industry
· Market knowledge
· Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
· Be proactive, organized, and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
Job Role
· Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets (measured with invoices issued)
· Achieve annual and quarterly profit margin targets (measured with actual cost of each invoice)
· Identify and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and drive bottom line business growth.
· Acquiring new customer per quarter and maintain healthy pipeline with current customers
· Prepare proposals / tenders for customers based on technical solutions provided by Presales team
· Maintain good relationship with vendors and manage negotiating discounts needed with the vendors
· Visit the customers to identify and create new needs/leads
· Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development, prospecting, qualifications, offering through contract negotiations & signing.
