Fixed assets accountant for Nile City Towers

Fixed assets accountant
is urgently required at real estate company located at Nile City towers.

Responsibilities:
• Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
• Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of.
• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
• Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
• Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
• Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
Main Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of fixed asset accounting experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Very good user of Microsoft office package.
