Cassbana is hiring a Senior Payroll and Employee Relations Specialist hiring fintech Cassbana Egypt

Qualifications and Experience:

-A degree in accounting, law, business, or a related field may be preferred
-1 to 3 years of experience working in payroll or a similar role
-Working knowledge of payroll practices is a must
-Handling Employee Relations in terms of Investigation is a must
-Very good knowledge of Labor Law is a must
-SAP Experience is a plus
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-High drive and problem solving
-High numerical aptitude
-Detail-oriented
