EMEA is looking to hire the following position:
Senior HR Specialist

Qualifications:
4-6 years experience in HR/Compensationand Taent Management, including work with job descriptions and analysis of survey data
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Experience developing and executing comprehensive compensation programs.
Able to adapt to unique, in-the-moment challenges in a calm and professional manner
Strong risk management and control mindset as work involves highly confidential data.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented with strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to frequent change.
Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Fluent English
