We are Hiring a Design Coordinator .

Job Specifications:
The applicant should:
•Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, with 7-8 years of experience in the field (preferably in Real Estate companies).
• Have strong technical and analytical proficiency with the ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a team environment.
• Be completely aware of regulations and local / international buildings codes and architectural standards.
• Have excellent command of English written & spoken.
• Have In depth knowledge of architectural products, tools, material and specifications needed.
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD), document management and project / technical management.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have leadership skills and is a team-work oriented.
