Talent Sustainability Lead for BARQ Systems- EGY Office

BARQ Systems- EGY Office is hiring a ” Talent Sustainability Lead ” with the below qualifications;

General & Technical Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field.
– 5-7 years’ experience in a generalist human resources role/s with at least 4 years in the specialist fields of talent management, talent development, and learning.
– At least 2 years of leading teams/managerial experience.
– Excellent computer skills advanced MS excel is required.
– Strong communication skills in English and Arabic is a must.
– Experience working across multiple cultures within diverse environments, mainly in the Middle East preferred.
