Job Description
Fixed Misr is immediately hiring customer care for CAIRO residents
Job Responsibilities: ·
Transfer data from paper formats into computer files
· Type in data provided directly from customers
· Receive, review, verify customers documents
· Responsible for entering, updating, retrieving customer information on the RA system
· Handle multiple customer requests
· Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Job Requirements:
· University graduate, or higher institute
· 0-3 years of experience
· Proven experience as customer service and/or data entry admin · Working knowledge of office equipment and good knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
· Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
