Job Description
Keys_Recruiters is hiring Receptionist for one of our clients.
**Requirements: –
• Bachelor’s degree of law or Business Administration.
• Experience From 6 months in Customer Service or Administrative positions.
• Must be V.Good in English.
**Job Responsibilities:
• Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing visitors to the appropriate person and office, announcing them appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
Location: Maadi.
Benefits & Work Conditions.
– Salary range from 4-5K net
– Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
– 2 days off.
-Social & Medical insurance.
-Other benefits based on the company policy.
