Hiring Executive assistant
Job Requirements:
Proven Experience from 4 to 6 years as an executive assistant.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration .
Fluent in English and Arabic, familiarity with other languages.
Organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, business development and working with ERP systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft office including presentations on power point
Information gathering and information monitoring skills
Problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
Professionalism and confidentiality
Attention to detail and accuracy
