•0-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements
•Sc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
•0-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•Good understanding of computer hardware and Microsoft Windows OS.
•Good understanding of Microsoft Office
•Good Network fundamentals
•Good Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, VPN, and VOIP.
•N+, A+, CCNA, MCSA are a plus
•Having good communication skills.
•Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
•Good command of English.
