BDO Esnad is hiring IT Helpdesk
Job Location is Heliopolis and Maadi
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of exp. As an IT Helpdesk
-Windows Server 2003,2008 and 2012
– LAN WAN troubleshooting.
-Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications
-Antivirus and antispyware software awareness
-A working knowledge with AD DNS DHCP.
-A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure
-Understanding of Network fundamentals
– CCNA MCSA knowledge
