Proposal Buildings Manager for Hala consulting

We are recruiting for a multinational company multidisciplinary design consultancy (A global engineering company working in the field of consulting, engineering designs and project management)

Position : Proposal Buildings Manager

This is a barrier to apply for this job:

– Plus 10 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry in a top tier regional/multinational engineering consultancy firm
– Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal development preferably in projects
– Solid knowledge of all aspects of proposal development including technical and commercial proposals
– Knowledge of tendering procedures in the Middle East, especially with government authorities
– Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
