Job Description
We’re hiring for a Telecom [ 2G/3G/4G/ 5G] multinational Company located in Egypt for an Egyptian nationality only
Incident Manager L2
Skills & Knowledge
• B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications.
• 7-10 years minimum relevant experience.
• Very strong understanding of Incident Management process and related hands-on experience in Telecom industry (preferably NOC).
• Good Telecom NOC experience.
• Very Good knowledge in Telecom technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, Transmission/RAN/Core/VAS).
• Good knowledge of service networks / service applications characteristics and capabilities.
• Good in analytic and investigation technique.
• Good knowledge of service performance indicators and their interpretation.
• Adequate support system knowledge and shall be able to use required applications after proper set-up, with use of documentation without further assistance.
• Basic knowledge of services and service applications implementation / integration processes.
• Good knowledge in all Technical Domains and Very good Communication Skills.
• Good Understanding NOC SLA and KPI’s.
• Excellent in Quality assurance of TT updates, Closer with proper RCA.
• Good in Customer handling (Daily Call/Weekly/monthly meetings).
• Good knowledge about network operation center processes and interfaces.
• Good knowledge of network implementation / integration processes.
