Job Brief: Will be responsible for assisting customer on operational tasks, act as first line of support onsite, and day-to-day performance monitoring.

Job Requirements:
-Graduated from faculty of Engineering, Computer Science or related.
-Very good communication skills.
-Must has CCNA Collab certificate.
-Should has CCNP Collab certificate.
-Implemented, design and troubleshooting on ” CUCM, CUC, IMP, UCCX and CMS “.
-Configuration on Voice Gateways for ” Dial-peers, Media resources, Translation, … “.
-Add / Modify / Configure on CUCM “Devices, device profile, Trunks, media resources, CCS, Partitions, … “.
-Add / Modify / Configure on Unity ” Voice massages, voice mail, Greeting Massages, … ” .
-Add / Modify / Configure on UCCX ” Agent, skills, Call Control Group, Reports, Finesse, … “.
-Add / Modify / Configure on CMS ” Spaces, LDAP, ….”.
-Knowledge for ” ESXI VMware and CIMC “.
