Company Overview: We are hiring for an offshore telesales agency based in Egypt, specializing in providing hospitality solutions for US residents.
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR including recruitment, training and orientation, payroll and commission calculation, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
– Develop and implement effective training and orientation programs for new hires
– Manage and process payroll and commission calculations accurately and on time
– Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements
– Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
– Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
