Hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. Specialist at GB Corp
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
– HR Diploma and/or Talent Acquisition Certificate
– 3 to 5 years of experience (preferably in Automotive)
– Microsoft office suite, social media & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
– Excellent verbal and written English skills
– Other:
• In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
• Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
• Impactful presentation style
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
• A positive, “can do” attitude
• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
• Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
• Experience working with a diverse team
