Samsung is currently hiring Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities :
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Job Requirements :
– 2 or more years of relevant experience. (RAYA, I2 and Jovitronix, Sky,ETC….) is preferred
– Bachelor’s degree.
– Presentable.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Gender: Males.
