HR MANAGER

Chema Foam Group is looking for HR Manager

Job Summary

– Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy.
– Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
– He will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
– responsible for the implementation of the Organizational Development Strategy across the organization.
– Develop and implement HR and Governance procedures.
– Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
– Maintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Ideal Profile:

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
– 15 – 20 years’ experience At least five years as a manager.
– Experience in Manufacturing field.
– Proven experience of HR and or Governance management.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
